Celebrate local fashion culture during Cincinnati Fashion Week (CFW). The fashion extravaganza continues Wednesday with “Tea with Mary,” as international fashion guru Mary Baskett hosts an evening of Japanese style at the Cincinnati Art Museum. The event is a special exhibition featuring Mary's personal collection of haute couture. Thursday, global branding and design firm Landor Associates Cincinnati will host Graphic Fashion, an evening exhibition of fashion as seen through the windows that once belonged to the Shillito’s department store. The show starts at 7 p.m.
and all are invited to attend the unveiling of Landor's windows on Race Street (between Sixth and Seventh streets) at 8:30 p.m.
Support Cincinnati-based talent and retail expansion Friday at the launch of Cincinnati Fashion Fun, hosted by CFW designers at Via Vite, one of the finest Italian restaurants in Cincinnati. Doors open at 7 p.m. Spring into style Saturday with new collections from Laura Dawson, AmareSinh, Arbitrage, Jonathan Mezibov, Cala Ossidiana, Lindsey Lusignolo and Amanda Valentine. Watch as models snake across a 20,000-square-foot industrial loft (The Edge at 310 Culvert St., Downtown) through pillars of concrete and flashes of photography while wearing the latest trends. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. After the show, head to Weston Art Gallery in the Aronoff Center for the return of their smash late-night underground party, the official after-party of CFW's Fashion Finale.
