For some people, Fido just isn’t fun. And some don’t think Boots the cat isn’t that cuddly. They prefer something a bit more exotic, preferably with more scales and legs-optional. Lucky for these cold-blooded collectors, the Cin City Reptile Show, Inc. is continuing its immensely successful reptile exhibition Sunday, this time in a new, larger location — the King’s Island Resort and Conference Center (5691 Kings Island Dr., Mason).
The show runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and admission is $4 for anyone older than 10. At the show, the public will be able to view and buy snakes, lizards, amphibians, spiders and small mammals, plus all the necessary supplies, at or below wholesale prices. In addition to more than 70 vendors, expert breeders will be on hand to answer any questions. The Cincinnati Herpetological Society will also be in attendance, providing even more expert advice. You wouldn’t want Slithers the snake to escape and live up to his namesake, would you?
