Forget chicks in bikinis. Erase the excitement of “ladies” mud wrestling. It’s time you really get your heart pumping as the Cincinnati Rollergirls whip into town Saturday for their first home game of the season. Prepare for a feast of thrashing as the girls aim to make it to the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association championship and score at least 5,000 fans a game.

In layman’s terms, this should mean you can expect more of the fishnet burns, hard-hitting and c-blocking that spectators have come to love in previous seasons. Come early and treat yourself to the free parking and tailgating. While watching the skaters take on the Nashville team, guzzle down an ice-cold beer during $1 happy hour. Take advantage of the $10 general admission seating, $15 trackside seating and $5 children’s admission when you purchase your tickets ahead of time at www.ticketmaster.com. Watch as the jammers try and break through the pack, 6 p.m. Saturday at the Cincinnati Gardens.
