The holidays are all about giving, right? Well, Nativity the Pop Opera is your chance to give back and get a little something this holiday season. The lighthearted show commemorates the Christmas story through the eyes of the angels. Written and founded by J. Todd Anderson (who has worked with the Coen brothers and George Clooney — you've heard of them, right?), the show is sure to impress.

Bring the family to Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center (1028 Scott Blvd., Covington) Thursday-Sunday to experience this first-class entertainment.

The Nativity the Pop Opera organization supports families with children being treated at the Cancer and Blood Disease Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Tickets are $20; groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets for $15 each. Proceeds benefit 'Njoy-it-all Camp, a camp run by Cincinnati Children's.

Go here for performance times, tickets and directions.
