It's that time of year again: Time for everyone to gather around and enjoy each other's company ... while running or walking on Thanksgiving Day.

That's right, folks, it's the 101st Thanksgiving 10k Run/Walk, which starts and ends at Paul Brown Stadium. Not what you thought? Well that's OK, because it's a great way to get your metabolism cranked up before the big meal of turkey and tryptophan take hold and you're napping on the couch.

Come dressed in your warmest at the starting line and then shed the extra poundage for the race and give that coat, sweatshirt or jacket to Goodwill volunteers to help someone else stay warm for a lifetime. And be sure to check out the local charities the race supports and donate! Registration is required, but is available all the way up until the race begins 9 a.m.

Entry fee is $25, and racers will receive either free running gloves, a fleece headband or a winter beanie.

Go here for race details.
