Cincinnati photographer ThomasSchiff has turned his panoramic camera on Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in an exhibition on view at the Architectural Foundation on display through Dec.16. The distinctive houses and other buildings by theinfluential 20th century architect respond well to this unusual photography, in which the camera rotates a full circle to present an all-around view.
Both exteriors and interiors of these iconic structures are shown.
The exhibition appears in conjunction with Schiff's newly published book, Wright Panorama, and shares space with the Cincinnati paintings of Beverly Erschell. Both artists will demonstrate their work in a program at noon Nov. 30 The exhibition is open to the public noon-3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Dec. 4 and 11, with other times by appointment. Architectural Foundation is newly located at 811 Race St. 513-421-4419, www.architecturecincy.org.
