C.S.I. meets “Sin City” each weekend throughout July at Newport’s Monmouth Theatre. Playing host once again to an interactive evening of murder, mystery and intrigue, this intimate theatre engages audience members in the scintillating production of A Little Night Murder. Owner Vito Vitolli will welcome guests to his posh 1930s Newport Night Club, but the charming host makes no guarantees as to how your evening will unravel.

Just one clue: If history repeats itself, someone’s likely to lose their life before the first bottle of champagne is popped. Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes and prepare to interrogate suspects, decipher clues and solve the ultimate murder mystery. Head down to 636 Monmouth Street in Newport to begin the investigation. 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; 2 p.m. Sundays. Through July 31. General Admission $14, $12 Seniors/Children.

Go here to find nearby bars and restaurants.
