The Cincinnati Art Museum’s current exhibit, Starburst: Color Photography in America 1970-1980, is coming to a close. In honor of its departure, CAM is hosting Click*, a young professionals party, from 8-11 p.m. Friday to celebrate the amazing works. The party will showcase the photographs and feature live music, entertainment, food and drink. A special appearance by local celebrity Bootsy Collins, followed by an after-party at Northside Tavern, are also scheduled.

The Starburst exhibit, through the works of 18 different photographers such as William Eggleston and Harry Callahan, is a collection of more than 200 snapshot photos that have been transformed into what the 1970s critic called “new color photography.” The exhibition explores the 1970-80 transition from modern art to its new contemporary approach.

Pre-sale tickets are available online for $20, and tickets are also available at the door for $30. Get event and CAM details here.
