The Road to Wellness

This Week in Wellness

The Earth-Shares Community Supported Agriculture Program is getting started for 2008. For $425-$600 (with 30 hours of work), members get a share of the crops from a local organic farm every week from May through November. Last year, members received an average of 15 pounds a week. Contact Amy Matthews at 513-464-2137 or membership@earthsharescsa.org.

More than 1,000 pounds of locally grown, grass-fed organic beef will be sold Friday-Saturday at a farm in Oxford. The beef is to be sold in bulk orders at $2.75 a pound for orders of at least 25 pounds. Contact Diane VanWeelden at 513-293-0664 or dianevanweelden@cinci.rr.com.
