Heather and Richard Wigle are involved in their community because they're committed to making their adopted hometown a safe and enjoyable place to live. They volunteer for Price Hill Will, a community development organization; host porch parties and talk to their neighbors; participate in Price Hill Court Watch; and they love to work with their neighborhood police officers. But they felt they needed to know more about the police to be able to work with them effectively.
