Determined to be part of the local arts and culture scene, artists/ designers CRAIG WIWI and MARGARET WEINER launched C6 Studio. Their Clifton studio is an edgy, full-service design firm specializing in print, Web and identity design. The grads of Savanna College of Art and Design saw Cincinnati as a land of opportunity with a positive energy and strong momentum. View their work at www.c6studio.com. Check out five things that motivate and drive them.

Science/Quantum Physics. We are fascinated by scientific processes and the different theories about the way things work. We even named our company after the element carbon, the building block of life. We're especially inspired by several notions addressed in quantum physics that suggest the individual power to consciously and unconsciously influence events that occur in a person's life.

Emotion. Every person on the planet is united in possessing this common denominator -- the capacity to experience emotion. This notion greatly inspires our design process.

Layers/Versatility. We believe design is much richer when it exists in multiple conceptual and creative layers that build up rather than spread out. It's entirely possible to address a larger demographic by producing work that makes sense on the surface but also delves deeper for those who wish to explore every meaning and angle.

Collaborating/ Sharing Experience. Collaborating is a powerful experience. It allows us to encounter a broader spectrum of ideas, opinions and design problems. This really helps us to grow creatively. It's gratifying to provide dynamic solutions that bring our clients' recognition and business.

Balance. We thrive on the challenges of providing balance in our creative solutions as well as within our dynamic as a team working with clients. Any opposing extremes are unstable phases of the same thing -- and a compromise and push towards homeostasis results in an open, more rounded resolution.
