The first time I saw it -- an old Volkswagen van painted orange and brown with Cleveland Browns posters stuck against the side windows -- it was trundling up Hamilton Avenue in Northside under a slate-grey sky. A couple of days later, in almost exactly the same spot, I saw it clattering back down again.
